a. Same-Day Delivery
• Same-day deliveries are fulfilled via Lalamove and other third-party courier services.
• During holidays, peak seasons, or bad weather, delivery times may be affected due to road conditions and rider availability.
• While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, on-time delivery is not guaranteed.
• Delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

b. Non–Same-Day Delivery
• Non–same-day deliveries are shipped via J&T and other third-party courier services.
• Once the package has been dispatched, delivery schedules are entirely managed by the courier.
• We have no control over courier timelines, routing, or delays.
• Any delays due to courier operations, weather, holidays, or volume are not the responsibility of the shop.

• Ownership and risk of items transfer to the customer upon handover to the courier.
• We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels caused by third-party couriers.
• Any delivery-related concerns must be coordinated directly with the courier, although we may assist when possible.

• Additional fees may apply for redelivery caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients, or failed delivery attempts.
